Our Approach
At RCG, we believe that the culture of a team is shaped by its leader. That’s why we prioritize working with the executive or senior leadership before extending our model to the entire team. Our approach is adapted from the Conscious Leadership Group and their 15 commitments, and happens in two phases.

Phases
Leadership Alignment (~3 months)
We will work closely with senior leadership to explore the challenges and goals identified by the executive team, outline steps to align commitments with these goals, and support the leadership as they commit to leading the team towards these goals.

Team Coaching
Once the leadership is committed, we move into the coaching process with the full team. Our goal is to guide teams towards their aligned objectives in a way that eliminates drama, ultimately enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization or business.

Eliminating Gossip and Drama
Understanding the victim, villain, hero triangle and how being in the triangle can perpetuate drama, affecting the culture of a team.
